DESCRIPTION

PREREQUISITES

  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and genuine ambition and determination to make a difference!
  • Excellent project management skills and data analytics skills
  • Language: a native Arabic speaker and has an excellent command of the English language

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the core of Diom’s marketing functions: Digital Marketing, Campaigns, and Content Creation
  • Managing the digital marketing budget smartly and cost-efficiently
  • Planning, optimizing, and executing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on conversion and lead generation. Driving revenue growth working across all digital marketing channels
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Ensures intelligent, adequate, and timely reporting against KPIs and profit goals as well as occupancy specific KPIs
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyze data to optimize the digital efforts across all channels
  • Ensure continual SEO optimizations

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing content and working with the creative team to develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction for all public-facing communications including digital and other creative assets
  • Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the customer lifecycle
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads
